DBCX Tech Solutions (CX Tech in the Philippines) respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you use the contact form or give your details to CX Bot, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company or office, role, location, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the systems you are interested in and your message, together with the page you sent it from and how you found us. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, arrange demos, prepare proposals and follow up on your request.

Who processes it

Inquiries are stored in our own client portal (portal.dbcxtech.com), where only our team can see them. CX Bot, our website chat assistant, is powered by an AI service (Anthropic): messages you type in the chat are sent to it to generate replies, and the conversation is saved in our portal so our team can follow up and improve CX Bot's answers. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. We also count anonymous visits and clicks on this website (no cookies) to improve it; this is switched off if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our client relationship, then delete them.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@dbcxtech.com.
